2. What data we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone number
• Your search criteria: area, budget, property type, bedrooms, timing, notes
• Technical data: IP address, device, basic analytics (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) — only if you accept cookies

3. Why we use it (purpose & legal basis)

We process your data to match you with selected real estate agents, landlords and developers in Spain who may have suitable properties. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the consent box on our form. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share your data with

We share your contact details and search criteria with a limited number of vetted real estate agents, landlords and property developers operating in the areas you specified, so they can contact you about relevant properties. Epicasa receives a commission or fee from these agents when a successful introduction is made. We do not sell your data to advertising networks or unrelated third parties.

We also use service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) acting as data processors on our behalf.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside the EU/EEA. When this is the case we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
