All buyers register directly through Epicasa because they are actively looking to purchase property in Spain and want to be connected with a trusted local real estate agent.
During registration they provide information including:

Once a buyer lead is purchased, you receive all of this information together with the buyer's contact details, allowing you to contact them directly and help them find the right property.
We also encourage buyers to let us know if they are no longer actively searching, helping us keep our buyer leads as up to date as possible.

Once a lead has been purchased, it is the agent's responsibility to contact the buyer using the information provided. As Epicasa is not involved in the communication after the purchase, we are unable to replace or refund leads if contact cannot be established.
